Delivery Timeframes

All web orders are delivered within four to six weeks after the payment is received.

Orders taken at events may be delivered on-site or may be delivered sooner depending on the event and on the product ordered. You will be told at the event what sort of timeframe to expect.

Custom Posters

You will receive an email about two to three weeks after your order is received confirming your order and asking you to finalize your picture choices. Once you confirm your selections, our poster artists will create a preview draft and email it to you no later than one month later for your comments. Once you have approved the final draft, your completed poster should arrive in the mail within two weeks.

Please note that all delivery timeframes are approximate and are subject to our workload. If you have a special deadline in mind, please let us know at the time of your order and we will do our best to accomodate you.

Returns

We want you to be happy with your photo and video products. If we can't make it right, we'll give you your money back. Here are our specific policies:

Photo CDs & Video DVDs - given the nature of this product, we can't accept a return once it is opened. Damaged disks or disks that won't play in your DVD player will be redone.

Photo Products including Photo Collages - these may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of receipt.

Custom Posters - you may cancel your custom poster order any time before you confirm your image selection and our poster artist starts working on it. Once you receive the first draft, you may only receive 50% of the purchase price back if you decide to cancel your order. After that point, the more work we do on the poster, the smaller your refund will be.
