If your DVD won't play...

First check the compatibility list to see if your DVD player is capable of playing DVD-R media. If it is not, let us know and we'll send you a DVD+R instead.

If the DVD starts to play, but skips or stops in the middle, first make sure it is free of scratches and dirt. If cleaning the DVD doesn't work, it's possible the problem is with how the media was created. Let us know, and we can re-burn your DVD using a slower speed and see if that makes it more reliable.

If nothing we do works

If your DVD player can't play a DVD+R and re-burning the DVD doesn't work, we'll dub your DVD to a VHS tape and mail it to you.
