Photography Services

Events

re:Action Photography is available to cover your events with a combination of Photography and Video. Fast-action, low-light sports are our specialty. Our primary focus is on figure skating, dance, cheerleading and gymnastics, but we also have experience with most winter sports as well as soccer and softball/baseball.

We are all digital and have been since 2002. We have onsite viewing stations and images are available for viewing and purchase that day, as soon after an individual performance as is practical. (Details vary by event.)

Photojournalism

Marie Hughes, our primary photographer, is available to cover sporting and human interest events in the San Francisco Bay Area. Need a combination writer/photographer? Marie has been writing professionally for decades and her "you are there" style of event reporting is quite popular with the figure skating crowd.

Photo Editing and Restoration

We can edit your digital images to improve their quality for a nominal fee. We do some restoration of old photos and more extensive editing, such as changing the background or removing people from a photo, on a limited basis.

Have a stack of photos sitting around waiting to be scanned? We can scan them, do bulk color corrections and burn them to CD for you.
